Max was diagnosed with polio at seven months and went on to develop additional health related issues, however he's never let that impede him from living life to the fullest. Now at age 57 he is an active AltaMed PACE participant as well as the head coach for the LA Hot Wheels basketball team. He encourages others to do their best no matter what and is an inspiration to our community.
