Fresh Produce Program
In our own city, families struggle with being able to buy fresh, nutritious food and many go hungry. Children are more likely to suffer from food insecurity than any other group in the United States.
You can provide a family with fresh produce for a week (1 box). For a patient trying to decide between filling a prescription or buying groceries, that box can make a big difference in how they are able to manage their overall health.
