Equity

Strong communities start with representation and opportunity

California is projected to face a shortfall of 61,000 nurses by 2033.

Through the H.E.L.P. Campaign, we will expand pathways into nursing by supporting the AltaMed Nursing School Collaborative, opening doors to affordable, high-quality education, hands-on clinical training, and long-term career growth.

At the same time, we will invest in civic engagement efforts that ensure individuals and families have access to clear, trusted information about issues that affect their health and communities. When people are informed and represented - in healthcare and in civic life - communities grow stronger.
