AltaMed’s Youth Champions program empowers youth to enhance their soft skills, such as business knowledge, leadership development, public speaking, strategic thinking, financial literacy and team building. It also gives them opportunities to network and learn from corporate leaders and entrepreneurs.
Ideal candidates are students who demonstrate a willingness to take the time to invest in their future – by developing leadership and problem-solving skills, building courage, exercising perseverance, and cultivating creativity.
